Below is an alphabetical listing of common items you might be looking for, and where you can find them at Breezy Tees. Sometimes our sweet guests move things around, so message us if you cannot find something and we will try to help.

Air mattresses – 1st floor front “beachy” bedroom closet

Bakeware – corner cabinet to lower right of stove, and cookie sheets in the tall skinny lower cabinet next to that.

Beach towels – baskets on both sides of white credenza near the steps

Blankets – 1st floor front “beachy” bedroom closet, 1st floor suite bedroom closet, M&M room closet, in gray-blue couch cushions (most of the cushions lift up and have extra blankets inside), side table bottom next to couch

Blower (outdoor) – laundry room – you are welcome to use the blower if leaves/pollen accumulate on the deck and outdoor furniture during your stay. Please pop the battery back on the charger when you are done. Thanks!

Broom and dustpan – closet under stairs, laundry room upstairs

Casserole dishes – top cabinet to left of fridge

Charcoal – we don’t officially “stock” this but if we have some you are welcome to it! Deck box, bottom deck next to back door.

Cleaning Supplies – all the basics are under the sink in the kitchen

Cutting Board – standing vertically next to microwave

Coffee and tea supplies – Cabinet below the coffee maker

Computer monitor with HDMI cable – on sunroom desk

Condiments – we keep a small stock of ketchup, mustard, salad dressings, and a few other items in the fridge door to cover you if you forgot something at the grocery store!

Cooking utensils – top drawer to the left of the stove, and third drawer down to the left of the stove.

Crab mallets, old bay, butter warmers and tealight candles – bottom drawer to the right of the dishwasher

Drying rack for laundry – Upstairs laundry room folded in back corner

Dutch oven (metal) – on top of fridge or top cabinet to left of fridge

Fire extinguisher – kitchen middle section (basket to the right of coffee station, next to fire extinguisher)

First aid kit – kitchen middle section (to the right of coffee station)

Frozen drink maker – cabinet below the microwave

Games – sun room table, bowling game on the floor, other games near the side table next to the white couch.

Griddle (electric) – On top of the fridge

Grill – back deck, lower level. Please wash the grate when you are done.

Grill tools – deck box, back dack, lower level next to back door.

Hair dryers – under the sink in the first floor suite bedroom, and in the second drawer of the second floor bathroom

Hand mixer (electric) – in the drawer to the right of the dishwasher, below the silverware drawer.

Hangers – available in all closets

Hard floor cleaner – laundry room

Humidifier – closet in upstairs bedroom

Instant pot – top cabinet to right of sink

Laundry supplies – we generally keep a stock of Tide pods (regular scent) and Tide Free pods, and Snuggle or Bounce dryer sheets. Upstairs in laundry room.

Lotion – “forgot something” bin under the sink of the hallway

Orange Crush Maker – angled lower kitchen cabinet near the coffee station (just to the right)

Pack n Play – first floor primary suite closet. Pack n play sheets in the basket on top of the drawers (same closet)

Pantry staples – we generally have a supply of pantry staples like flour, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking spray, olive oil to cover you if you forgot something on your grocery list!

Paper plates – we don’t officially “stock” these but you are welcome to use what we have. Double cabinet above coffee station in kitchen.

Pillows – closet in upstairs bedroom

Pots and pans – in two locations. Corner cabinet to the lower right of the stove, and the cabinet under the wine rack.

Serving trays – tall skinny cabinet to the lower left of the sink, and on top of the refrigerator

Sheets – extras in laundry room

Spices – we have most basics and you are welcome to whatever we have. Second drawer to the left of the stove.

Stand mixer – On the counter in the kitchen

Step ladder – laundry room

Toilet paper – extra rolls in each bathroom under-sink cabinet (shelf left of toilet in upstairs bath). More in closet beneath steps.

Trash can (kitchen) – big cabinet to left of fridge

Trash cans and recycle bin (outdoor) – go out the front door to your left (right side of house if you are in the front yard facing the house)

Toothpaste – “forgot something” bin under the sink of the hallway bathroom

Towels – in each bathroom. More extras in the laundry room

Trash bags and trash can – tall cabinet to left of fridge

USB Chargers – All over the house. In each bedroom on floor on side of each bed is a power brick with several USB outlets and A/C outlets. On the floor next to the blue/gray couch (between the couch and the window), under the sunroom workstation.

Vacuum – there are two Shark wireless vacuums. The blue one is in the closet under the steps and the red one is upstairs in the laundry room. The vacuum is red, not white (the white one is the hard floor cleaner).

Wine opener – Directly under the wine rack (electric), and top drawer to left of stove (manual/crank)
